What we filter out
Most job sites are paid to show you listings. So are we — but we are not paid for the ones we throw away, and we throw away a lot. These numbers come straight out of the pipeline, not a marketing deck. If the filter stops catching anything, this page will say so.
Never pay to apply
A real employer does not ask a candidate for a registration fee, a security deposit, or money for training or equipment. Listings matching those patterns are blocked before they reach the site — along with ones that push you off to a personal messaging account instead of an application.
No filter is perfect. If something here asks you for money, tell us and it goes immediately.

How we make money
Partner networks pay us when you click through to a listing they supplied. It costs you nothing, and we never charge job seekers. It does mean we have an incentive to send you onward — which is exactly why the filtering above matters: sending you to a scam or a dead link earns us nothing and costs you your time.
