Terms of use

Version 1

Agreement and roles

These terms govern use of VouchedJobs by candidates, verified employee referrers, employers, recruiters, interviewers, partners, and API customers. By creating an account, posting content, requesting a referral, submitting a hosted application, or using a paid service, you agree to the version presented to you. An organization user also confirms authority to act for that organization.

TECHTENSTEIN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED operates the marketplace and supporting software. Except where separately stated in a signed agreement, the operator is not the employer, recruiter of record, employee referrer, payment adviser, or party to an employment contract.

Job discovery and applications

Some listings come from employers that use the VouchedJobs hosted application flow. Others are supplied by partner networks and send you to a third-party site. The job page identifies the source and application mode. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

A listing, match score, freshness badge, response rate, interview statistic, referral, introduction, interview, or offer does not guarantee that a role is open or that a candidate will progress. The employer controls eligibility, assessment, employment decisions, compensation, background checks, and the employment relationship.

Candidate obligations

  • Provide accurate profile, resume, application, work-authorization, referral, interview, and offer information.
  • Submit an application only for yourself and only after reviewing its contents. Offline drafts and autofill suggestions are never permission to submit silently.
  • Respect confidential employer and interviewer information and do not publish private scorecards, messages, or offer terms without a legal right to do so.
  • Do not misrepresent qualifications, employment, achievements, competing offers, identity, or referral relationships.

Employee referrals and bounties

Referrers must have a current, verified relationship with the stated employer and must follow that employer's referral, conflict, and confidentiality policies. Candidates may not create self-referrals, duplicate requests, false employment relationships, or coordinated accounts. A referral is an introduction, not an endorsement or hiring promise.

A bounty becomes eligible only when the campaign's verified milestone, budget, identity, duplicate, fraud, dispute, and waiting-period rules are satisfied. Reversals, credits, taxes, KYC, payout-provider checks, employer cancellation rights, and signed campaign terms may apply. Wallet amounts are records of conditional marketplace liability, not bank deposits or stored-value accounts.

Employer and recruiter obligations

  • Post only genuine, authorized, current roles and provide accurate location, compensation, sponsorship, qualification, and expiry information.
  • Follow employment, equality, accessibility, pay-transparency, immigration, privacy, recordkeeping, consumer, and communication laws applicable to the role and candidate.
  • Use candidate information only for the disclosed hiring purpose, limit access to authorized team members, and configure appropriate retention and deletion practices.
  • Do not request applicant fees, deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, equipment payments, or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Keep recruiter, domain, integration, webhook, billing, and team-role information current and promptly report compromised access.

The operator may require evidence, pause or remove a listing or campaign, preserve records, or suspend an account when fraud, safety, contractual, legal, or quality concerns arise. A human appeal path is available for moderation decisions.

Offers, signatures, and onboarding

The built-in offer response records a typed name, decision, and timestamp. Unless the offer explicitly uses an approved external electronic-signature provider and says otherwise, this record is a workflow acknowledgement and not a representation that it is a qualified or witnessed electronic signature in every jurisdiction. Employers remain responsible for lawful offer letters, checks, contracts, notices, and onboarding.

Matching and automated tools

Match, resume, coaching, quality, qualification, fraud, and risk tools provide assistance and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace candidate review, employer judgment, professional advice, or lawful human oversight. Users must verify generated text and may use only claims and evidence they can substantiate. Protected attributes must not be used to make unlawful employment decisions.

Commute duration and distance are routing-provider estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, schedules, closures, route availability, job location accuracy, and travel costs can change. Verify the workplace and route before relying on an estimate. Precise-origin processing is optional, consent-scoped, and described in the privacy policy.

Fees, sponsorships, and payment

The platform may earn CPC, CPA, subscription, sponsorship, referral-service, API/data, white-label, or revenue-share fees under a disclosed commercial relationship. Sponsored placements are labelled and remain subject to quality and contract controls. A commercial agreement, order, campaign, or plan may add rates, taxes, credits, refund rules, minimum commitments, renewal, and payment terms.

Do not pay anyone to apply for a job. Optional candidate software plans or credits, if later offered, must be clearly separated from employer recruitment and can never guarantee an interview, referral, offer, or job. Payment and payout providers apply their own terms and checks.

Contextual affiliate resources are displayed separately from job results and carry a commercial disclosure. Choosing one may generate a commission for the operator. Affiliate resources are optional and do not improve a candidate's ranking or hiring outcome.

Messaging and push consent

WhatsApp or Telegram alerts require destination verification and explicit consent to the current messaging terms. Only templates approved under an active provider contract may be sent. You can turn off a channel or revoke its destination in account settings. Provider availability, sender approval, network access, and standard carrier or data charges remain outside the operator's control.

Native push requires an installed official app, an authenticated device registration, and the native-push preference. Delivery uses the permanent app identifier and an approved FCM/APNs gateway. You can disable the preference or remove the device registration; invalid provider tokens are automatically deactivated.

Acceptable use and platform integrity

You must not:

  • generate automated or incentivized clicks, applications, referrals, reviews, account verifications, campaign results, or payout events;
  • scrape, mirror, bulk-download, resell, or train on platform data without a signed license and appropriately scoped API access;
  • bypass rate limits, tenant boundaries, access controls, consent, moderation, qualification, attribution, or anti-fraud controls;
  • impersonate an employer, recruiter, employee, candidate, partner, or the operator, or upload malicious, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, or infringing content;
  • probe or disrupt the service except under written security-testing authorization.

Accounts, integrations, and API access

Keep access links, sessions, API keys, connected accounts, webhook secrets, and devices secure. Scope integrations to the minimum needed and revoke them when no longer required. API and webhook users must honor idempotency, rate, attribution, deletion, security, and contract requirements. We may rotate, throttle, revoke, or suspend access to protect users or enforce an agreement.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the contracted service. You must have the right to submit it. Platform software, branding, curation, data organization, and original editorial material remain protected by their applicable rights and licenses.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Listings, integrations, statistics, external links, provider delivery, and user content may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or removed. To the extent the law permits, TECHTENSTEIN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for employment decisions, workplace conduct, third-party sites, provider outages, candidate or employer misrepresentation, or losses that these terms cannot reasonably place on the operator. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, abuse, risk, legal requirement, or service closure. Provisions that by nature survive termination, including payment, dispute, confidentiality, audit, intellectual-property, and liability terms, continue to apply. Material changes will be published as a new version and presented for notice or consent where required.

Governing terms and contact

These platform terms are governed by the stated laws of India, subject to mandatory rights in your location. A signed commercial agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these public terms for the same service. Contact kollusathvic@gmail.com. See the privacy policy for data handling and grievance information.
