What you will doBased on-site in Berlin, you will step into a 12-month freelance contract providing 40 hours per week of dedicated deskside support and technical assistance.
What the role requiresYou bring proven experience in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently on-site and communicate effectively with clients.
Your first months at H-Tech SupportsYou will have taken on day-to-day on-site support operations, resolved initial hardware and software tickets, and established close working relationships with local client teams.
